• Account details — name, email, and password (stored securely, never in plain text) when you create an account
• Order information — shipping address, items purchased, and, for Mobile Money orders, the transaction reference you provide for verification. We do not collect or store card numbers, since checkout doesn’t process card payments in the current version of the site
• Contact form submissions — name, email, and message, sent directly to our support inbox and not stored in a database
• Site analytics — aggregated, anonymous usage data (pages visited, general location by country, device type) collected via Umami, a privacy-focused analytics tool we self-host. Umami doesn’t use cookies and doesn’t track you across other websites

We use your information to process and deliver orders, verify Mobile Money payments, respond to support requests, and understand how the site is used so we can improve it. We don’t use your data for anything beyond these purposes, and we don’t sell it.

We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in to your account. It’s required for the site to function and isn’t used for tracking or advertising. We don’t use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

We share order details with our delivery partners only as needed to fulfill shipping, and with payment verification staff internally. We don’t sell or rent your information to third parties.

If you delete your account, your personal profile, saved addresses, wishlist, and reviews are removed. Order and payment records are kept regardless, since they’re financial records we’re required to retain for accounting and fraud-prevention purposes — deleting an account doesn’t erase the history of orders already placed under it.

You can access or update most of your information directly from My Account. To request a copy of your data, ask a question, or request deletion of information we’re not otherwise required to retain, contact us at ademunsarah2018@gmail.com. If you’re in the EU/EEA, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
