We make every effort to display accurate pricing and stock levels, but errors can happen — if a listed price or description is materially wrong, we’ll contact you before processing the order, and you’re free to cancel.

We reserve the right to limit order quantities, refuse an order, or cancel one that appears fraudulent or in violation of these terms.

We currently accept Mobile Money and Cash on Delivery. Mobile Money orders are verified manually by our team against the transaction reference you provide; stock is reserved for a limited window while verification is pending and released automatically if payment isn’t confirmed in time.

All content on this site — including the ScentsBySarah name, logo, product photography, and written copy — is our property or used under license, and may not be reproduced without written permission.

• Attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems
• Reselling products purchased through the site without our written consent
• Submitting false information at checkout or in a return/payment claim
